VW Wild Weekend, Bradenton - St, Pete |

We always have a great weekend when the VW Wild Weekend comes around. Friday night camping, Saturday Bugs on the Pier, and Sunday VW's over the Skyway. And both Mike and I won best Tattoo, there was a record 58 in the stuff a bus contest, and a record 240 VW's that cruised over the Skyway. It was an amazing site. |

It was a hot day but we all know they are going to get hotter! We had a great time at the show and the pre party at Anthony's place was fun. It was great seeing everyone again. |

We are had a really great time in Orlando. Unfortunatley we forgot that US417 was a toll road so scrambling around for lots of change was fun. The Sonic Cruise-in I heard brought in approx. 50 or so aircooled VW's. The weather was great for the Show n` Shine and the park is and always had been such a good park to have a show in. |

Our New Years party was a blast. We had a few campers show up and a couple of friends. Mike made sure that the christmas tree decorated in fireworks went off without a hitch, we even had big mortors that blasted up into the air come 12. We would like to thank everyone that came out to the party and Robert and Barbara Simon for the use of the ranch, all the food especially the BBQ pig! We can't wait for next years party. |

We left at 2:30 in the morning in the Jetta Wagon to make this show. We had a really great time and the hospitality was amazing. St. Augustine is a beautiful city, we can't wait for the next show. |

The Foreign Policy crew was up early Sunday morning. We got off to a strange start because we were in a different spot than we had been for the past 5 years. But needless to say we had a great time. I was happy to see that we sold the few beams and spindles that we brought to the show, that just means that more VW's be be low! We will be back next year. |

We got the new engine in the bus at 4pm Saturday afternoon, headed home to take a shower and drove the maiden voyage to Sebring an hour and 45 minute trip. We got to the show a little late but still had a great time. The downtown Sebring location was very nice, the after party at Chad's place was fun and the chili was amazing. |
